Russian Nesting Doll Zipper Pouch

I made a few zipper pouches to put up on sew dope recently. This is one of my favorites, made from a Russian nesting doll quilting fabric set. I figured out what I consider a genius way to make my zipper pouches sturdy and padded. I use quilt batting as interfacing. I iron it down which sticks it to the backside of the outer layer of fabric.. maybe I should put together a tutorial?

Padded Pouches

Been selling quite a few padded pouches as of late. Finished these 3 up last night, and added them to the shop earlier today.

Crochet Blanket for Ava

I started this blanket a short time ago. Using the Granny Stripe pattern from Attic24. Instead of changing colors every 2 rows, I'm using a new yarn from Red Heart, or at least new to me. It's called Boutique Unforgettable. I love how the striping is coming out, and this yarn is actually not bad.

Graduation Invites

My sister wanted me to design a graduation invitation for her babysitter. She wanted something very simple in her school colors, and this is what I came up with.

I'm so crafty, look what I made!

Ava Ruth Anderson

This is her now at almost 3 months!
Now that life has settled down again, I'm getting back into crafting, my shops, and such. I updated the name of this blog to match my new shop name on etsy. ThirteenOhEight which is my address lol. I like the sound of it, and EVERYTHING else is taken.
